Orders
You can place an order with Baby SoleS on-line ordering system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Payment for on-line orders is via PayPal secure online payment system. Orders will also be accepted by telephone or e-mail and you can make your payment by cheque. We will endeavor to post your goods within 3 working days of confirmation of receiving your payment.
Cancellations of orders must be made at least 48 hours prior to postage.
Payment
Baby SoleS accepts payment via paypal and cheque. Please make your cheque payable to Poorni De Silva. Your purchase will be posted within 3 working days of your payment confirmation.
Price
The price of the shoes is as stated next to the item and we reserve the right to change it without prior notice.
Packaging
Shoes are normally packaged in a purple organza draw-string gift bag.
For a more opulent effect or if it’s gift, the shoes can be wrapped in soft tissue and packaged in a gift box. If it’s a gift, a personalised message of up to 30 words can be included along with the shoes. Extra £2.50 will be added for this gift-wrap/personalised message service.
Delivery
Shoes are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service, hence are insured against being damaged or lost in the post. However we at Baby Soles are not responsible for delays in the Royal Mail services.
We do our very best to despatch orders within 3 working days of your payment confirmation. If a particular product is out of stock we will then contact you to offer a refund, to suggest an alternate design or to dispatch the item once in stock.
Return Policy
If for any reason you would like to return your shoes, we at Baby SoleS offer a hassle free returns policy for exchange or a full refund excluding postage. Please return the unworn shoes in their original condition, including packaging, along with the receipt of purchase within 28 days and we will be happy to refund (excluding postage) or exchange them for a different design or size.
